Essex County and northern New Jersey are great places to live and work, which is why Andrew Engel decided to call in home. With roots in Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania, Andrew moved to New Jersey in 2022. Real estate is a passion for Andrew, with his background in the business dating back to 2014.

Andrew has been a REALTOR since 2014, but also worked for a decade in the non-profit sector doing fundraising for a well-known cultural institution in the mid-Atlantic region. Finding a passion in helping others and assisting families find their next home, Andrew has turned his primary focus to real estate. Since moving to Essex County, Andrew enjoys being a part of local community events and enjoying (and sharing with others) all that our area has to offer.

When Andrew isn't making home ownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time at the shore with his wife, Alexandra and their three children.

Real estate has been Adele's primary focus for the past 28 years, working with both buyers and sellers throughout northern New Jersey. Approximately 25 years ago, she started her apprenticeship as a real estate appraiser to better develop her pricing skills and to be able to provide sellers with skilled market analysis and accurate pricing. Adele later received her certification to appraise all types of properties including multi-million-dollar estates and has appraised thousands of properties throughout northern New Jersey. Adele's expertise as an appraiser can help assist buyers and sellers in getting the pricing right - on both sides and making sure the appraisal is being completed not just accurately, but on time!

Along with her husband Jeff, Adele raised her three daughters in Glen Ridge where they lived for 30 years. During that time, she was president of the Glen Ridge Middle Home & School Association and later initiated and chaired the committee to restore the Ridgewood Avenue train station and created a community center at that location. Adele enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren and serving as a docent at the Turtle Back Zoo.

With vast knowledge of not only the West Essex area, but of all towns in northern and central New Jersey, Adele can assist you with all your real estate needs. Her professional methods for valuing properties can also aid you in making the right choice in your journey to buy or sell a home.

Real Estate and Real Estate Appraisals have been my passion
since 2006. Prior to my real estate career, I was Vice-President of ASCAP and
Senior Director of International IT Projects for Unilever PLC.

In 2008 I was certified by New Jersey as a Certified
Appraiser and in the same year I received my license as a Real Estate
Salesperson in the real estate industry.

I love what I do, and I passionately strive to increase my
knowledge of Northern NJ markets and the subtleties that can be uncovered by
analyzing the many datapoints in the North Jersey real estate market. This
pursuit of knowledge in this market directly benefits buyers and sellers and
affords me the insights to guide prospective clients through the most important
investment of their lives.
